If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Business hours are posted as open till 5 pm. Noted they don’t do anything after 430pm and if you show up at 410pm they milk the time and claim that none of your paperwork is correct even though you have done this multiple times before at the Worcester location with no issues. Then when it’s 430 they state you need to leave even though you’ve been there for 20 minutes now stating that they aren’t able to load because there is no operator avai... read more
