Waste of time
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Business hours are posted as open till 5 pm. Noted they don’t do anything after 430pm and if you show up at 410pm they milk the time and claim that none of your paperwork is correct even though you have done this multiple times before at the Worcester location with no issues.
