John Tucker monitoring business out of Savannah. Very poor customer service, rude and incredibly unprofessional.
Absolutely trash customer service. I asked to speak to someone in their exports department and the guy I spoke to 2/28 @ 2:28 CST / 3:28 EST responded with 'nah, I'm good'. Horrible service!!
