Stephanie is a kind, warm soul whilst remaining professional and easy to work with at the same time. She was able to articulate themes and concepts simply and with clarity. It was amazing to see her identify the root cause issues, and similar themes that cross over various parts of life. The hypnotherapy was successful after 3/4 sessions even after hijacking one of those sessions for other life events that crept in the way. Highly recommend.

I recently had several sessions of hypnotherapy with Stephanie from InTrance Therapy. I found it to be a really positive experience. I have been struggling with an overactive mind/sleep anxiety for a long time and have tried so many strategies and supplements without success. Stephanie's relaxed environment, understanding and professional approach gave me the tools and skills to break through the mental barriers for better sleep. I feel so grateful to have found Stephanie, my only regret was that I did not find her sooner.
