Went to yoga, HIIT and the body workouts and must admit it’s awesome. The exercises gave me a good muscle impulse to grow and yoga got me stretched on them. Coaches are skilled, people are friendly, positive vibes are everywhere. 💪🏻
This is a great gym. Trainers are very friendly and supportive. It's a fun environment to be in.
This is my second home! Absolutely love the atmosphere, it feels like you are part of the family from the moment you walk through the doors. It’s the perfect combination of strength and stretch with the yoga and Pilates studio upstairs, the gym down stairs with a range of different workouts to keep you motivated and interested. If you want results while still having a great time then go and check this place out!
