Six months ago, my elderly mom was starting to show signs of difficulty walking with her walker because of an old hip injury. I made a call to her geriatric physician to ask about a motorized chair, & they sent a prescription to this organization. Gohar contacted me immediately to ask for my mom's height & weight & whether she is left or right handed, so they could match her with the proper chair.
