Bought a center console boat from John Beaver. I had read some reviews about the man lying but looked past them after confronting him on the phone about them. moving on, he tells me this outboard has been serviced and everything checked out good. so I bought the boat, took directly to my mechanic, and he found the lower unit to be seized up, and not budging.
