Tim is THE MAN! He has been incredibly responsive, thorough, genuine, and reliable. Most if not all of these qualities are very hard to find. He helped us sell our house quickly, and buy the house of our dreams. Use Susan Lacy as your agent! We worked with Susan Lacy to buy our home 5 years ago and recently to sell it. When we bought it, we had 4 days to look and put in an offer.
