We lived in a home under Intracoastal for two years and they always fixed issues in a reasonable amount of time (often times day of). We even needed to move out a month early to move into our new place and they let us out of the lease without any extra charge! Shoutout to Denise Caprario for being a great property manager.
Stayed for 2 weeks at Carolina Beach. Sept 14-28. The place was clean and organized. The MAJOR problem was the AC issue. They stated that we were not allowed to put the air below 70 degrees. This is with the outside weather being in upwards on 90 degrees. On top of not being able to turn the air lower the master bedroom had a ceiling fan that could not be used because the light would blink for a while then just permanently stay on. Five stars for sure. We had a couple of issues with the rental during our vacation and the customer service was outstanding. Amy at the Carolina Beach office went above and beyond to help us with one issue in particular. When we decide to vacation in the area again, I am definitely using Intracoastal Realty again.
