Been a patient for many years. A lot of turnover & rude staff now. Not always like this. Very disappointing. I am not able to leave a message after being on hold for 15 minutes. Stay away.
NP Lori was outstanding and I cannot say enough about her and her attention to detail in working to identify and resolve my healthcare issue. Lori and her assistant Jamie are the BEST! Five stars all the way. Please don’t ever retire Lori! :)
