Great company to work with! When we switched from our old provider to this company, we received better service and better prices! When we called for service, they were quick to respond. I highly recommend this company!!
After several years with ICI, we had a serious issue with our alarm system. They did not respond to our requests for help so we had to switch to another security company. We had previously paid in advance for one year of monitoring and ICI will not refund the unused portion of service. I have called numerous times, sent a letter and an email and to date, have still not heard from anyone at the company. I am very disappointed that I may have to file a lawsuit to get our money back.

My company installed an alarm system in this customer's house over fifteen years ago, then they called and cancelled on 10/25/19. We had an excellent relationship with the customer and serviced their system regularly. They have multiple homes that they live in during different seasons and make regular changes to their notification call list if there is any type of trouble, like a low battery.
