HUGE SHOUTOUT, hugs and cheers to Intracoastal Bank! After losing our data and our back up with Intuit Data Protect lost and so failing to restore, we are slowly piecing things together and were having a hard time finding two items within a deposit so we could recreate the transaction. I picked up the phone and called the bank and Andrea saved us so much time! She was able to locate the deposits, scan the items and send them securely to me.
