Last time i was here weird shit was happening. The wheel mounters have 0 accountability. Soon as i got there og wheel mounter told helper to be extra careful with the wheels. He must have not liked that…After over an hour of waiting. Got through 2 wheels and all of a sudden im missing a stem from my TPMS set. I ordered 4 of everything for the install from tpms.com Went to buy the stem/settle up with original wheel mounter to the cashier. $180 (160 mounting 20 stem) He told me to go but i knew I brought everything and account... read more
Had a great experience with Terrence and all the workers that assisted in installing my camber arm kit, wheels and doing my alignment. The fitment was perfect and I would highly recommend them to anyone with mechanical needs. Punctual. Respectful. Great customer service. 10/10
Showed up to the establishment around 11am for an alignment and was told a 2hr wait time. Time has passed and its currently half past 4 with absolutely NO updates whatsoever apart from myself asking one of the associates what's the deal to their response saying there's one individual ahead of me then i'm supposedly next. I understand if this establishment don't do apppintments, but at least be honest about the current workflow state of business that day to inform others waiting. Probably the most honest and helpful place I’ve ever taken my car to. Pork really helped me out and kept me in the loop the entire time. As a woman, going to any mechanic is always an annoying experience but this was easy. Highly recommend!!!!
