Dr Chacko and the staff were amazing from check in to check out. Her and the nurse practitioner both listened and addressed every concern I had and were very timely. No notes! Glad I chose them!
Loved the staff and Dr. Chacko!! The interior, while clean, is in desperate need of a makeover! Because IntraCare is more corporation than medical, most calls are routed through a foreign, hard to understand, call center, presumably for the financial bottom line. I'm looking forward to a my relationship with Dr. Chacko, the nurses, and staff.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and communication from this office. My original appointment was March 17th, with bloodwork completed the day prior. During the visit, Dr. Chacko agreed to order additional labs based on my symptoms, however I was initially told no additional blood draw would be needed, only to later find out (after hearing nothing) that a redraw was in fact required.
