Dr. Chacko is great. She takes her time, is very thorough, and doesn’t rush through your appointment. He staff is friendly and accommodating as well.
At IntraCare I had an opportunity to visit with Dr.Mary Chacko she is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend her because she has the best interest of her patients at heart.
About 6-7 weeks ago I made an appointment to see Dr. Chacko as a new patient through Zocdoc. A few days later, I got a call from the doctors office saying Zocdoc doesn’t have an updated schedule and on Fridays the office closes at noon. I rescheduled while on the phone with the doctors office but it took 6 weeks to get in. I couldn’t even make it past the front desk for my appointment, they were so rude! Specifically Courtney LaSalle. When i entered, they seemed to feel their conversation was more important than greeting me. I literally stood at the desk while they chatted. One of them was like what can i do for you as if i was a walk in from the street. Courtney had the worst attitude of the 3 behind the desk, and she is why i left.
