The other day I was trying to find a new doctor and thought about Dr Mihills and filled out the online form. Got a call two days later from someone in a foreign call center (turns out India) with a thick accent asking for my name, phone, and insurance information and then was told they would forward to the office to get me in. While the care is good I have never had a worse experience in scheduling and trying to handle paperwork. I’ve been requesting an appointment for weeks now and they never called me back. I finally got through and got one scheduled for today and they specifically told me the wrong location after I clarified multiple times. This is unacceptable when people are tying to come to you for help which is your entire job!
I've called and msg on the portal and gotten no response.
