The worst front desk lady ever! The doctors are great, but the insensitive and cruel behavior with the staff was ridiculous! I've asked to speak to someone regarding the rude individual, I was promised a call from their bedford offices and that was weeks ago! No calls, no follow up, it's insane. They canceled appointments, they rescheduled your appt without notice, seriously THE WORST RECEPTION AT THE FT WORTH OFFICE and still no calls. Absolutely terrible. Please save your time and go anywhere else.

The other day I was trying to find a new doctor and thought about Dr Mihills and filled out the online form. Got a call two days later from someone in a foreign call center (turns out India) with a thick accent asking for my name, phone, and insurance information and then was told they would forward to the office to get me in. Next day, got another call from the same India-based call center and asked why I was filling out the form and what I needed. While the care is good I have never had a worse experience in scheduling and trying to handle paperwork. I’ve been requesting an appointment for weeks now and they never called me back. I finally got through and got one scheduled for today and they specifically told me the wrong location after I clarified multiple times. This is unacceptable when people are tying to come to you for help which is your entire job!
