I was skeptical about how effective somatic therapy would be online but it was the only way to make it work with my work schedule. Then I realized how helpful it was to have Brianna guide me thru somatic therapy in the comfort of my own home. She sets up sessions in a way that encourage movement and holds me accountable in integrating our work outside of session. If you're ok with being called out and are actually willing to do the hard work, look no further.

I highly recommend Brianna's two-hour somatic EMDR sessions. I was concerned about having to commute all the way from Seattle to Bellingham, but it was well worth it and really exceeded my expectations of what I was looking for and the type of emotional work I was wanting to address. I have had multiple holistic type sessions to address the trauma in my life, but this work alongside Ketamine therapy has been a great help for my mind. Thank you so much!!
