DO NOT JOIN. I have been a paying member of Intoxx for a little less than 2 years. Under previous management, the spin room was unsafe from equipment to the condition of the room. Broken pedals on bikes, twisted seats and straps so frayed, it gets caught when you ride. As an avid spinner, these are genuine issues for safety when riding. Beyond the bikes, the physical studio had broken pipes hanging 2 feet into the room, easily close enough to hit your head when standing on a bike. I joined this gym about two years ago. The gym is in horrible shape. The floors in the basement where the squat racks are have giant holes and are uneven. The machines are constantly broken including the cardio equipment. I called to cancel my membership which I wouldn’t think would be a issue considering I only signed a one year contract 2 years ago.
