There customer service and very easy to deal with. I was in and out in no time. Very knowledgable
First of all they dont tell you the truth. They bill you for things never ordered (insurance, roadside assistance, and shop charges that were never mentioned. Customer service is handled by idiots that barely speak English. My son has the service and its by far away the worst company Ive ever dealt with. They have a good thing and they overcharge for everything. Review all the charges when you sign up. Ask about shop charges plus intoxalock charges. Use another company. The guy at the desk was very nice and helpful the Young man who put the interlock in was very nice and explained everything to us it was a very helpful experience
