Great service! Would recommend for future installations
I chose these guys because I live in Richmond and their local. However it turns out they are the best service center for miles around imo. I would commute from Lexington to interface with these people if they wernt local. They care, are honest about the process and always treate me with dignaty and respect. The installatin was compleated quickly and they trained me (a new user) so I have been successful with this overall very frustrating process.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I had my Intoxalock device installed here to comply with state requirements, and from day one they’ve treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. They truly make you feel like family instead of just another customer. Ben and Briana are absolutely top-notch and second to none.
