Other than Intoxalock's failure to deliver the correct device for my appointment, Ott's was terrific. They worked with me to when they realized it was not a voluntary device. Now i am waiting for Intoxalock to correct the issue.
Excellent communication - Explained the process and answered the myriad of questions presented- too the worry out of what to do when the unexpected occurs- gave assurances and guarantees- pleasure to do business with and highly recommend!!

Other than Intoxalock's failure to deliver the device in time for my first appointment, Ott's was terrific. They worked with me to reschule so I could do so with Intoxalock. The install was flawless. It would help if I wouldn't have to reschedule through Intoxalock for their mistake.
