Very serious professional, good pricing.
Phenomenal service center for Intoxalock. My initial center in Indio misinstalled products, was a nonstop source of aggravation. So glad I found an excellent alternative. Furthermore their prices are better!
By greatest problem with Intoxalock has been the service center assigned to me. From day one it has been a nightmare. Initially there was confusion over whether they were a mobile installer or I go there. They came to me but charged me more than initially quoted by Intoxalock. The installer did not wire the unit properly. Took two months to rectify. I got stuck several times because the vehicle would not start. Intoxalock was of no help. They told me to charge my battery.
