Repeated issues with the device has caused lockouts and Intoxalock agreed to cover towing cost and reimbursement They lied and deceived me after the fact and still never reimbursed me over $400 even after their device was shown to be defective and had to be replaced. Isaias promptly called and took care of the issue immediately and was supremely helpful. My 1 star became a 5 star easily
