For a relative, the servicing station Performance Plus Auto was very helpful, but the device was troublesome. Since it was voluntary and stranded two different drivers 3x- we are having it removed. The call times to get help are long, you can't understand the accent of the company when they call you, and the (free) tow truck service kept us waiting (stranded) 8 hrs., one time, and 4 hours the next. It was not for ME; a relative. The process to apply for, receive and have installation went smoothly. This was a Voluntary installation, Precision Auto did a good job with installation. There is a lot to learn about the product, but good directions, webpage, app and 24/7 phone help; so I hope the person using it will be able to master it and be successful.
