Intoxalock submitted incorrect information on three different forms that were needed at DMV. While waiting at DMV tried calling and was told that due to the high volume of calls my call can not be taken. Total inconvenience of time and money.
Very nice and on time
For a relative, the servicing station Performance Plus Auto was very helpful, but the device was troublesome. Since it was voluntary and stranded two different drivers 3x- we are having it removed. The call times to get help are long, you can't understand the accent of the company when they call you, and the (free) tow truck service kept us waiting (stranded) 8 hrs., one time, and 4 hours the next.
