My Dr sent a letter explain i have COPD SO THIS IS GONNA B VERY DANGEROUS 2 DO ON THE ROAD AND NOTHING WAS DONE. I TRIED AT LEAST 10 TIME TO GET IT 2 WORK AND BY T HEN I WAD ALEEADY HOME AND IT WAS COLD AND JUST WOULDNT WORK AND U EXPECT ME 2 PAY $75 4 SOMETH8NG I HAD NO CONTROL OVER. I COULD NOT MAKE IT WORK I COYLD NOT HELP THAT. THIS THING IS A PEICE OF JUNK AND I DONT EVEN WANT 2 GO ANYWHERE. IM G9NNA PASS OUT ONE OF THESE TIME AND HURT OR KILL SONE OR MYSELD AS LIGHT HEADED AS I GET. THIS SHOULD NOT B LEGAL.
They did not provide good service via text and their phone system was down. Very hard to contact and get help. They were not responsive and had poor customer service. Would not recommend.
Toby at service center is professional and easy to schedule with but intoxalock is Expensive and charges random service and protection fees charged monthly.
The gentleman that works there is very patient and kind. Dedd recommend him 2 anyone
