They showed me how to use the device. When I called and asked the person how added to show how to use and tried to schedule an appointment with him. He would never respond back or even tried to set up an appointment as I requested. Over a month later, I’m still unable to use my car. Doug was really helpful and seemed to be good at his job. He has also answered any questions I've had for him, he did a very good job!
Don was friendly and professional. Made a point to let me know he doesn't work for the court. Put me at ease because I saw a camera and GPS. So I asked questions that normally I would shut down and stay quite. He answered all professionally and taught me the proper blowing technique. Pleasure to work with.
