Doug was really helpful and seemed to be good at his job. He has also answered any questions I've had for him, he did a very good job!
Don was friendly and professional. Made a point to let me know he doesn't work for the court. Put me at ease because I saw a camera and GPS. So I asked questions that normally I would shut down and stay quite. He answered all professionally and taught me the proper blowing technique. Pleasure to work with.
