I have had interlock in be home for 2 weeks and have had a poor experience. Intoxalock has not done there job of sending information to needed parties, training was minimal causing 1 lockout and not helpful in getting that resolved.
Steiner is great but the people and customer service from Intoxalock is horrible. They would now longer service my account because they couldn’t verify my Oregon state id . Every person I talked to had no idea what was going on and took my state id info and said they’d update it . Well they didn’t and the vehicle became locked out . I had to pay to cancel my lease plus pay to have it uninstalled just to have it installed somewhere else . Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
