It registers invalid pressure/test results way too often and on two occasions has my bac at .10 when I just got off work and another time I was going to the store and my bac was.08 at either time had I had a drink. Maybe a higher rating if my device was more accurate, this one apparently has been used too much and needs to be upgraded. This was during the winter months but since then the device has been doing great and have had no issues since
