I rated Baileys Audio with 5 stars because they are good people. Intoxalock, I would rate a ZERO. Within the last 8 months of my lease Intoxalock started to send multiple infractions to the Louisiana OMV starting in December 2025. They caused me a 180 day extension, then in May 2026 Intoxalock caused me another 180 day extension. I had to go to the Louisiana OMV in Lake Charles, LA in order to check my license status. This is a total ripoff my lawyer will be contacting asap .....I do everything right they do everything horrible i pay on time i make sure I blow on time i get my calibrations on time and today I get certified letter from dmv i been added 3 more months but nobody can tell me why I got a calibration last week and machine is all good but app says im still due went had it redone call intalox they say u still due they are playing with people livehood for money this is my honest opinion but I reached out today and got me a lawyer ... read more
