They were very excellent great customer service
Purchase experience was great, with quick delivery. As far as the device itself, I’m not totally satisfied. The main issue is it has a mind of its own. The device will tell me to blow harder and not accept the sample. This happens more often than not causing a huge inconvenience while driving. In reality, it’s an inconvenience altogether. Some simple additions could be added to the device such as a blinking LED that would be eye catching rather that having to rely on a beeping alert. Installation went good. No issues. The device is a pain... constantly says " breath harder"... after 100 attempts if finally " passed". When the ignition is turned on if you don't breath within seconds it " Locks" the vehicle out for FOUR DAYS! Unbelievable!
