Edited for more info: After a more than willing person on the phone set up a time and place to get the installation done they promptly took a set up fee. After installation I found that my car dash-board was hastily put back together sans screws. Telling the installation staff, they used random non-related to the vehicle screws. i made contact with intoxalock before i transfered the title or got insurance just to see what was involved with getting an interlock for my car it took a few weeks for me to get the title transferred and insurance, but during this time they called ALOT, when i finally made my appointment to go have it installed they didn't even have the parts to install it and also had forgotten to wave the charges for me because i am cosidered low income i wasn't supposed to pay anything except for the first time fee of $33.05 to the state... read more
I was eating a Costco chicken bake and got a violation. Called customer service about it and they said there's nothing they can do about the fee I have to pay. Found the camera to be of no use there. I find it pretty annoying that my lunch is costing me a violation.
So far the experience has been great. Very straight forward on the rules and the maintenance technicians have been very timely and friendly
