I had some kinks with the effective equipment starting off, but once I was finally able to get a hold of a good customer service representative they did everything they could to get it resolved quickly! I went from not being happy and wanting to switch companies, to being happy with their customer service. I just recommend that if you go with the service, right off the bat get a number and extension or somebody local that can help you with your troubles.
