Everything went well. What i want to know is did you send the installation documents to the state?
When I went and got my unit recalibrated they put a new unit in my vehicle and it was violating me during the rolling test and it kept violating me . They said bring it in and get recalibrated so I did and it worked for a little while and it was violating me again I had intoxilock on the phone many times....I ended up having to have it towed to the shop and they said it's good to go now,and that they put a different unit in it .. and I never had any more problems with getting violated but days later I got letter's from the s... read more
My device was defective leaving me not able to start my car even though they charge for device protection it took them almost 8 months to replace it. Not only that the roadside assistance they force you to purchase will not pay for tows when I needed one. On the device the mouthpiece keeps falling off causing you to have to search for it while it is going off.
