Cashios is great! Awesome people..inoxalock on the other hand is hit and miss. Some of the call staff are amazing in their knowledge expertise and real-time problem solving skills..others not so much. We recently just installed a device with the specifications of the wrong state. Some employees have treated me like a criminal or a child..just be mindful of the person you are talking to at the service center.
