excellent customer service! outstanding staff! tried fixing the problem to no avail! the car would turn over & start once and stop . and keep turning off but NOT staying started!! they did ground wiring adjustment.. i don’t know what to do & Omar employee at Elite Electronics is baffled.. i just had brand new battery, if it was starter or alternator i don’t think it would even turn over. i don’t want to keep trying to start it because it will drain the battery.. Terrible! I’m locked out and have been for weeks unable to get it to a place due to financial hardship from my knee injury. No one seems to help me with how to get it towed/fixed.
