I am posting a revised review of my experience with Intoxalock. I had submitted a poor review of this company based upon my initial interactions. Following my initial review I was contacted by Brandon Howard who restored my faith, provided excellent customer service and helped resolve our issues. Much appreciated Brandon!
Tire Pros has been a 5 star experience. They have been very understanding and helpful. The DMVIntoxalock customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Incredibly frustrating experience. First unit didn’t work. Install certificate was incomplete. Still trying to get the unit installed. Once they get your credit card and set up your account, they don’t care about you.
The machine I had installed was impossible to get to work!! After 3 days of constant blowing and not blowing hard enough I had to get it taken out. Tire Pros offered no solutions and neither did Intoxilock. Terrible experience!!!!!!
