They didnt really explain anything until the system was already installed or would have decided not to get it. Fees after fees they dont tell you about. It’s really annoying to find out after you cant go back. They called me about my issue and were able to help find a decent solution. Took my rating from 2 to 4 starts.

Avoid intoxalock at all costs if you have to get a interlock. The most useless customer service I've ever seen in my life. They will charge will with all kinds of bullshit charges then make you wait on hold for hours just to tell you that they can't remove any charges even though they and you both know it's a bullshit charge. Literal extorionists. It's a shame I can't give less then 1 star.
Intoxalock had nice enough folks to sell the product (obviously). Which makes sense, but they coordinated poorly with the service shop that installed it and were way inaccurate with time to complete. Causing major inconvenience for me and the folks kind enough to help me coordinate. They gave the impression that the first least payment would be free but failed to mention all the little fees that added up to nearly exactly what the first payment would be.
