Dealing with this company has been a waking nightmare from Day 1. Their outdated equipment has twice drained my car battery in a few months. For $ paid, service is awful. IF you can get a person on the phone, he/she is very difficult to comprehend. I also believe their equipment is distorting my emissions test, leaving monitors "not ready" to read after installing new equipment, INCLUDING a recall emissions oxygen sensor from GM. People on the bone are hard to understand at times. I think the device is very annoying to have in your car. Where is your batteries down in your car? You get lockouts for no reason. I'm going to charge you for it. Hope nobody else ever has to get one of these in their car
