Their services suck and they overly charge for recalibration. They also sent a certificate to the DOT stating that I removed the device, which I didn’t. The device is still installed, however they lied to the DOT to get my license suspended. I feel like InToxalock is a scam. Why would they do that? I have a week left with this device before it’s officially completed and they did me like that.
