I did not get issue resolved, unfortunately the gentlemen I spoke with,I had a difficult time understanding his English. I'm didn't even understand his name to say who he was. He was very nice and polite but an obvious language barrier. I asked to speak with someone else and he deflected that request!. Didn't give me correct pricing on anything. Installation was supposed to be 200 but it was 300. Recalibration was supposed to be 15 or 20 per month. It's 60. After a phone call they made everything 100%.
