Nightmare company. Install of interlock costed me about $400 in vehicle repairs after wires were cut from uneducated installer leading to multiple service lights on my brand new vehicle. When speaking to Intoxalock about all the issues I was ignored. This is only 10% off the bs I’ve had to go though with this company. You’re better off not driving than working with this scam company. Very great customer service, Susan explained all the details, except I’m being charged $10 more than the quote she gave me, but I’m fine with that, now dealing with this retest while driving, how safe is that? But it is what the state requires Steven
