Wonderful service by soundworld. Crappy service by intoxalock. There unit has issues, and they charge you for it. While unit also destroys you car and freedom to drive. Handheld says battery low, so that is a lockout charge for me. Car couldn't hold a charge while unit was in it. After unit removed, car has no issue starting.
Initially the road to installation and becoming a valued customer was challenging but everything ended smoothly. Excellent Customer Advocacy.
The first representative we spoke with was great. The installer is perfect. Everything seems to be aligned. Hope intoxilock keeps up the great work!
