your company is the worst business in America. you have the poorest customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. one huge money grab. and be honest with the names of the people who are working there. I'm sure the guy on the other end of the line (probably in Mumbai) is not named Billy Joe or Tony. it sets a bad precedent for the call when you're employee starts off with a lie.
