As a lawyer, I do not recommend using Intoxalock IID. They have horrendous customer service, from installation to removal. They often give the wrong paperwork, such as giving voluntary install paperwork instead of court ordered, and vice versa. I get at least two calls a week with complaints, and I can’t help. Just today I had a client call because he did the voluntary install, went to MV to get his iid license, and they said he had the wrong paperwork. I installed my Intoxalock Device today and I had excellent customer service and the owner spent time with me educating me on the use of the device. I will definitely be a customer going forward.
Lori was super friendly and helpful when I set up my appointment, and George I believe his name was answered my questions thoroughly and had an awesome attitude! Highly recommend coming here for any and all auto needs!
