No stars if can, the lease very rude, i never had bad service O just got a text they send me a new device, im very confusing, im removing this device on saturday, and getting a different one, i call i was hold for an hour and then hung up and then I call again I was on hold for 1hpur and 30 mins. Now it said I'm lock out
