Intoxalock is a joke. Feel like they have purposefully ignored my 3 requests to get device removed. Requested a time extension never got it but got billed for it, called the line when they opened was told no supervisor was there and to call back in 3 hours. Intoxalock does any and everything to keep billing you hand over fist.
