Personnel department was very uninformative on the price quote and inquiry of the installation charges they quoted one price and get to the installation process at the dealership they charge an extra $150 some dollars on top of the one$165 so it came after $307. The blower device is unsafe because it's a long cord and then it keeps going off every 15 to 20 minutes as you're driving and you're taking your eyes off the road to try to blow into this device this is unsafe then come up with a better method than this but this is g... read more

Even though I hate that I had this device for a prescription related charge. Overall the company is very good. I can always reach a live person when needed. They are very understanding as long as you keep them informed of any changes. I was hospitalized for 3 days once and I let them know if I needed to send discharge paperwork and they believed me and documented it. Easy to navigate their app, make payments and find a place to calibrate close to you. Now I’m over 3 years sober and no longer on this device 🤗
