**There was some issues with appointment time( the service center opened up 1hr after my assigned install time). Getting a hold of customer services, was a bit difficult with Intoxalock's automated system. I had to call as a new customer, to get thru to talk to a real person to resolve scheduling issues. In the end, it all worked out. Thanks
I've already paid $500 in a two weeks time for this device. Absolutely horrible one of the worst things I've ever had to do in relation to driving in my life. Unbelievable on a 30 minute drive at 6:00 a.m. going to work, I had to take five different folling breathalyzers before I got there. It always goes off right at the worst time when your in traffic and there's nowhere to pull over. Completely disgusted. I've been sober for 6 months I don't even drink.
