They have you over a barrel! Absolute worst customer service ever.
They really need a ZERO star option, or even negative stars, because this company and device is THE WORST!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. How they are still allowed to operate is beyond me, it’s so unbelievably crooked. This device will CONSTANTLY drain your car battery, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO(even using the power save mode, and wrapping the handheld in a towel when it’s cold), and they will charge you for it.
