*there is a grievance form you can fill out online to have intoxolock investigated* They were overcharging me for months. Wrongful lockouts that cost me hundreds of dollars. I never spoke to an American person except for before installation and then when I was finally credited for wrongful payments/lockouts I received a voicemail stating so. Always love the place, bring my vehicle there when I need help! excellent service and people there always look like professionals and do fast and excellent work for everybody I don't ever see the place in a million years going downhill!
They promise but they do not deliver. All communication stops after they have you locked into service with them. There are glitches in the app that they do not fix. Contracts can't be signed through the app so if you get a lockout or your device needs to be serviced it can't be done. Terrible company to be stuck with for the next 18 months.
