The service person talked me through the service of blowing into the intoxalock and also doing a hard reset thank you very much for your patience and professional service
Always love the place, bring my vehicle there when I need help! excellent service and people there always look like professionals and do fast and excellent work for everybody I don't ever see the place in a million years going downhill!
They promise but they do not deliver. All communication stops after they have you locked into service with them. There are glitches in the app that they do not fix. Contracts can't be signed through the app so if you get a lockout or your device needs to be serviced it can't be done. Terrible company to be stuck with for the next 18 months.
Avoid this company if at all possible ...it's a scam the entire thing is just designed to make sure you are ripped off and under their thumb
