Well, he hounded me until I finally went with Intoxalock. After instalation he no longer responds. Its been a week and they haven't reported the instalation to the dmv. I call daily and speak with someone that says they will escalate my request to the compliance department. They won't give me any confirmation that the dmv has been notified . I'm just hoping the dmv gets confirmation soon. If not I'm getting the iid removed and going with another company. So disappointed with this company. I paid them , but they haven't lived... read more
