Horrible service. It’s almost like intoxalock goes out of their way to inconvenience you. After confirming my appointments several times through the phone with different agents. I received the confirmation emails with the date of service. The service date was different than the date I was told via phone and the location given for service was not correct. The service stations didn’t even have an appointment for me. I gave up trying to reschedule several times and shifted my schedule to make it to the wrong service date given.... read more
