They were very kind and informative and although the install took longer than intended, it was not their fault. I highly recommend Sierra Nevada Electronic Monitoring. They stayed true to the quote given for the install price when I made the appointment and did a good job. If you are in rural Nevada, make the trip to Winnemucca to see these guys. DO NOT go to the jokers in Elko, you will be wasting a trip like I did.

The company was very helpful in this situation I have put myself into. They were very informative about the unit they installed..I would highly recommend them if your are in need of this service....I would just like to thank Kevin and his wife for all there help....
The folks at this business are extremely caring and heart felt . It is bad enough that when you are exposed to such a traumatic experience such as a DUI. The people at this facility are worm and really make you feel good about your self.
