Sarah was nice and very helpful but my only gripe is that when I arrived for my install my parts weren't there and I had to wait an additional 2-3 hours for the UPS truck to deliver them.
This place was terrible. They didn’t explain anything and were very rude when I simply asked a couple of questions about the device. The tall back lady specifically has a terrible attitude. Customer service sucked!! I do not ever do these reviews even when I don’t like the place. But this company and these people are frauds. They will drain your wallet dry with the installment fee, the service fee every 2 weeks. Calibration fee. And and cancelation fee. It’s all a scam. I didn’t even get a DUI. They were rude everybody that came in or call complain or ended up cursing them out they act like they didn't know what was going on they drug the process out by the extra 3 hours so I couldn't get my license to act like I was supposed to know everything already something was wrong with their equipment after he was supposed to calibrate it after about 10 or 15 minutes I asked him did he forget that something was wrong then he jumped up immediately and realized he forgot about me everybody that came in said they wouldn't reco... read more
