This place was terrible. They didn’t explain anything and were very rude when I simply asked a couple of questions about the device. The tall back lady specifically has a terrible attitude. Customer service sucked!! I do not ever do these reviews even when I don’t like the place. But this company and these people are frauds. They will drain your wallet dry with the installment fee, the service fee every 2 weeks. Calibration fee. And and cancelation fee. It’s all a scam. I didn’t even get a DUI. Sarah was nice and very helpful but my only gripe is that when I arrived for my install my parts weren't there and I had to wait an additional 2-3 hours for the UPS truck to deliver them.
