I have been on hold for customer service for over an hour. This is ridiculous!!!! When my call was finally picked up, the lady was very nice and aware of the delays and said they are taking steps to correct this. I also received an e-mail confirming the same. I appreciate the follow-up so bumped up one star...more when the problem is ultimately resolved.
