I have been on hold for customer service for over an hour. This is ridiculous!!!! When my call was finally picked up, the lady was very nice and aware of the delays and said they are taking steps to correct this. I also received an e-mail confirming the same. I appreciate the follow-up so bumped up one star...more when the problem is ultimately resolved.

I took my car to Carolina auto repair because it was the closest shop available near me. Before installation my car worked perfect. After the installation my car battery is dead everymorning when I try to start it up. I tried saying something to them about it but the younger women was rude and kept saying its my cars fault and has nothing to do with the way they installed it. I would leave 0 stars for this shop if I had the choice.
