Terrible could not get to an actual human, just given the run around with the robot .....no help whatsoever!
I had very bad experience since the initial installation. I kept getting lock outs due to the device recording that I was not breathing into it while my car was parked in my driveway for the night. I finally had another service change the breathing device and it was still recording that I was missing to test. Furthermore, I was charged over $500 of calibration fees and lock out fees with no refund.
